We offer three tailored experiential workshops

Developing skills in policy development and influencing: we explore different approaches to policy development and influencing, encourage participants to identify the strengths and challenges in relation to their own styles of influencing, and offers opportunities to put these skills into practice.

Introduction to negotiation and scenario planning: we introduce the theory and methods in scenario planning, offers insight into negotiation styles, and simulate a real-world set of negotiations, so that participants can experiment and develop their skills further.

Designing theories of change and social interventions: we provide an introduction to theory of change and logic models, and use them to work up proposals for social interventions using either scenario or tailoring the learning to the an for existing organisational strategy, campaign or programme.
